A fall protection plan is a safety plan for workers who will be at elevated work areas. Having a detailed fall protection plan is essential to ensure the highest degree of worker safety. The plan aims to provide a safe working environment and to administer the use of fall protection measures, techniques, and equipment.
The objectives of a Confined Space Entry Program are to prevent employee injury, illness or death resulting from hazards associated with confined space. Identify and evaluate confined spaces before entry. Identify and understand confined space hazards. Develop techniques to control confined space hazards.
Effective implementation requires a written program for job safety and health, that is endorsed and advocated by the highest level of management within a company and that outlines your goals and plans. This written program will be communicated to all required personnel. It is designed to establish clear goals, and objectives.
A respiratory protection program is a written program required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Respiratory Protection Standard (29 CFR 1910.134). The program includes procedures specific to your worksite intended to prevent you from inhaling harmful contaminants in your workplace.
Also known as a job safety analysis (JSA) or job hazard analysis (JHA), Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) is described by the US Army Corps of Engineers as "a documented process by which the steps (procedures) required to accomplish a work activity are outlined, the actual or potential hazards of each step are identified, and measures for the elimination or control of those hazards are developed." (USACE EM 385-1-1)
Workers who are exposed to respirable crystalline silica dust are at increased risk of developing serious silica-related diseases. OSHA’s standard requires employers to take steps to protect workers from exposure to respirable crystalline silica.

Owner Cody France has over 20 years of experience in Federal, Industrial, Commercial, and Residential construction, and over 15 years of safety experience. Mr. France is also trained in military safety record keeping, construction, management and inspection. He is familiar with all types of construction, from ground up to renovation. He is highly familiar with federal, state and local government construction policies and procedures.
Safety training reduces accidents and protects employees from injuries and illness, saving the company the cost of lost time, diminished productivity, and increased insurance premiums.
